National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain visit Ripley Music
We were delighted to welcome the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain to Ripley St Thomas during the half term break.
The National Youth Orchestra is the leading youth orchestra in the country, and Ripley pupils had the chance to work with NYO tutors and play alongside members of the NYO.
The NYO Inspire Day lived up to its name with young people from all over the North of England and Scotland participating, and we were really pleased to see so many Ripley pupils (some of whom are included in the photo) getting involved.
We hope to welcome back the National Youth Orchestra soon and develop our new partnership further in the future.
