Year 13 Student Welcomes HRH The Princess Royal
Ripley St Thomas is thrilled to acknowledge the remarkable contribution of Year 13 student CWO Viktoria Pasztor, who played an important role during the visit of HRH The Princess Royal to the University of Central Lancashire’s School of Veterinary Medicine on 27 January 2026.
Viktoria was invited to assist Deputy Lord Lieutenant Mrs Amanda Parker throughout the visit – a responsibility that reflects her dedication and the high regard in which she is held within the Cadet Forces. Her Royal Highness was welcomed by the Lord Lieutenant’s team before embarking on a guided tour of UCLan’s cutting‑edge £40 million veterinary school in Preston. During the visit, staff and students demonstrated a range of clinical teaching activities, including practical hoof‑care techniques in the Veterinary Clinical Skills Room.
The occasion concluded with the unveiling of a commemorative plaque and a formal presentation of flowers by the School of Veterinary Medicine’s Student President.
Viktoria’s composed and capable presence contributed significantly to the smooth coordination of this prestigious event. Her exemplary conduct reflects the values we uphold at Ripley St Thomas, and the school is immensely proud of the way she represented both the Cadet Forces and our community with such maturity and confidence.
