Pupils at Ripley St Thomas are celebrating fantastic A-Level exam results!

Helen Best, Acting Headteacher said: ‘We are thrilled with our Year 13 pupils’ achievements this year. They have worked incredibly hard to achieve amazing results. We wish them all the very best as they embark on their next steps. Our school vision is to provide a learning environment which allows pupils to live life in all its fullness during their time with us, and beyond, and we are delighted that these results, combined with all the skills and values they have developed during their time with us, will allow them to live this vision out.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our staff, parents and carers for their support. This year’s results reflect outstanding achievements and progress which is very much a team effort! Our Outstanding Sixth Form continues to grow and thrive!’
We are extremely proud of all of our pupils, but a special mention to the following pupils for their excellent results: Joshua S, Grace R, Joseph L, Arran J and Matthew F all achieved A*A A and Thomas C achieved A*A*B.
Daniel S and Jake R achieved 3As and Anna F and Hughie E achieved A* A B.
Tom C (L) achieved A*A*B and will be going to study Mechanical Engineering at the University of Sheffield.
Joe L (M) achieved A*AA and will study Maths at Durham University.
Jack P (R) also achieved excellent results, securing a place at The University of Manchester to study Computer Science.
Aaron J achieved A*AA and will be going to study Theoretical Physics and Maths at Lancaster University.
Josh S achieved A*AA and is thrilled to be attending Durham university to study Maths.
Tom S was thrilled with his A*BB!
Daniel S achieved AAA and will be studying Biochemistry at Lancaster University.
Ariana (R) and Gracie (L) are both celebrating excellent results and looking forward to their next chapter.
Joshua W achieved brilliant results and is excited to be studying History at the University of Kent.
Tom H achieved AAB and will be studying Biomedical Science at the University of Sheffield.
