Hardy Cross Country Runners first over the line

Well done to all the Ripley Sport runners at the District Schools’ Cross Country Championship on Saturday 8 January 2022. Brilliant to have over 60 runners with 19 achieving top 10 places in very challenging conditions. β˜”

Conditions were a little wet and muddy in places but otherwise, very much cross country conditions! πŸ˜‰ The attitude and effort of all the runners was outstanding! πŸƒπŸ‘Œ

“Days like today make me realise how lucky I am to work at Ripley – an absolutely brilliant team effort from Ripley Sport and our super staff help – but most of all I am incredibly proud of our pupils who ran their hearts out in challenging conditions – truly blessed!”
