Subject Leader, Music
MPS/UPS + TLR2b
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Subject Leader for Music to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their leadership skills while teaching music across all key stages in line with the national curriculum. The successful candidate will lead the Music department, inspire students, and contribute positively to whole school life.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
Skills and Qualifications:
– A strong passion for music and enthusiasm for teaching students of all ages.
– Ability to plan engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements.
– Good communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
– Ability to take on leadership responsibilities.
– Knowledge of classroom management techniques.
– Commitment to ongoing professional development.
– Relevant qualifications in music or education (e.g., degree or equivalent)
