Ewan’s lunchtime lecture on Concussion in Sport
We were delighted to welcome ex-student Ewan Dean into The Sixth Form at Ripley St Thomas last week as part of our #LunchtimeLecture series.
Ewan is a Research Associate at Lancaster University Medical School and is currently undertaking his masters on the topic of Concussion in Sport. We had a very interested pupil audience, in particular Ripley Sports pupils/students and staff who stayed to chat with Ewan after the lecture and it was lovely to meet up with Ewan again and have a privileged view of his up to date research.
Ewan will be taking part in a free concussion conference and workshop that focuses on concussion in rugby on Friday 5th April at Health Innovation One. It is completely free to attend – if you are interested please sign up using the link below.
