The Year 12 parents’ information evening on Thursday 26 May will include a representative from Lancaster University presenting ‘An Introduction to Higher Education and Student Finance’ and discussing possible options for study beyond A-level. This will also highlight different types of universities and course options, along with guidance for financial implications and support. There will also be an opportunity to talk through the Ripley Sixth Form Career planning timeline followed by Year 12 students in the summer term. The talk begins at 7pm, and will take place in the Phythian Hall in the Sixth Form Centre and will last approximately 40 minutes.
