Annually at this time of year we have lambing down on the Ripley farm. Normally this would become a part of our Agriculture lessons. In these different times we have adapted and we have been letting our keyworker pupils in to see and hold the young lambs.
So far, we have 59 lambs and are expecting about ten more. We were lucky to have surviving quads as our first born lambs which is very special. The children (and staff) have loved the change in scenery from remote lessons to something more practical and we believe that even a short time with the lambs has been therapeutic for everyone. #wellbeing
