Harvest Service online – helping to support our local foodbank

This morning, we held our Ripley Harvest service online, aiming to collect food supporting our local foodbank charity – The Olive Branch http://www.the-olivebranch.org.uk/
Here is a message from Mrs Kelly of The Friends of Ripley St Thomas:
‘As a school we feel that in the current crisis it is now more important than ever to donate gifts of food to those less fortunate than ourselves. We appreciate that things are very difficult at the moment for families but if you feel able to donate anything at all it would be appreciated. From Monday please ask your son/daughter to take their non-perishable gift/s to his/her form room (not the School Chapel as in previous years). The gifts will be given to the ‘Olive Branch’ charity during the October half term break.’
